I’ve used the lovely translucent properties of watercolour here to depict a lush, densely packed carpet of vibrant bluebells, filling the woodland floor with a sea of soft blue and mauve tones. The surrounding trees are painted with a mix of sunlit greens and the shadowy trunks giving a sense of depth and atmosphere.
